£6 minimum for up to the first 2 hours

of play, £1.00 for the third hour

Junior Club Play - Under 18

Junior Play/Coaching

£5.00 per Junior for the period

between 7pm and 8:30pm

(coaching included)

 

£1.00 per Junior per hour thereafter

 

Coaching for juniors is usually between

7pm and 8:30pm

(Bats & Balls can be provided)

Please note,

 

1) There are a number of fees that may apply depending on the level you wish to play (Club only; Club and League; Club, League and Welsh League). Work down the information below to determine which best suits your needs, if you require any clarification please get in touch via our contact page.

 

2) The Leisure Centre now operates a key 'fob entry system' so visitors will have to report to Reception on their arrival.  However, DO NOT pay any fees at Reception, simply state that you require access to attend the Table Tennis Club and they will arrange to let you through the barriers.

 

Electronic Fob/Key's:

 

If you are not already a member of the Actif.Wales scheme and you want to participate in our Club on a regular basis, the Leisure Centre (Carmarthen County Council) now requires all participants to have an Actif.Wales Membership.  You can join as a PAYE Member for which there is no charge our than what you pay within the Club.

 

To join, please

- Stop at the Leisure Centre Reception Desk and tell them you require a PAYG (Pay As You Go) Membership

- After they have taken appropriate details and created the Membership, they will issue you with a Membership Number and an Electronic Fob. You should ask for as many fobs as required - one per person.

That may work for the session you are attending but to make it work for all 'Carmarthen Table Tennis Club' Sessions you will also need to:

- Give your Name and Membership Number to a Club Official and state that you need your name adding to the Leisure Centre List of Carmarthen Table Tennis Club Members.  In turn, the Official will ensure you are 'logged' for access, each week, to our Sessions.

 

Note: Visitor to the area should inform Reception and state they are only visiting for one session and ask to be let through the barriers.

 

League Player Fees:

 

In additon to the above 'Club' Fees, players who wish to play in a League Team will have additional cost to consider/pay.

 

 

N.B. Carmarthen Table Tennis Club Teams

currently play in the:

- Swansea and District Table Tennis League

- Table Tennis Wales - Welsh League

 

 

(Players representing Carmarthen Table Tennis Club, must also be a 'full'

Member of the Club, and a 'full' Member of Table Tennis Wales

 

If also playing in the Swansea League, they must be a 'full' Member of that League) 

 

 

Table Tennis Wales - (Governing Body for Wales Table Tennis)

- Table Tennis Association of Wales - 'Competative' Membership Fee                                                       - £22.00 per annum

Swansea League:

- Swansea and District Table Tennis League - 'Personal Membership' fee                                                 - £5.00 per annum 

 

- Swansea and District Table Tennis League - 'Team Fee'

(equal portion of the current £15.00 Team Fee) (example for a 3 Player team £5.00 each)                      - £5.00 per annum

 

Match Playing Fees [Expample Only]

- Room Hire fees as appropriate to your Division (Over Season)

  Premier Division:

          -  Premier Division players pay weekly at the Morriston Leisure Centre                                                  - £5.00 per match/                                                                                                                                                                                                                        week

             (Maximum - 22 matches @ £5.00 = £110.00)

            This fees is paid by the Player directly to the League on the night of the Match.

 

   1st Divison  

  Currently, our Teams in this Division play their 'Home' matches on a Thursday ('Club') Evening.             - £7.00 per  match/                                                                                                                                                                                                                         week

  Each Carmarthen Team Player pays the standard £7.00 Club Fee on the night. 

  -NOTE:  Away Players do not pay when at an 'away' venue.

 

  Carmarthen Leisure Centre:

  Space for the 'Club' and 'Home Matches' is 'Booked' with the Carmarthen Leisure Centre by the

  Club Secretary.  Accordingly, all Invoices issued by the Leisure Centre are paid for by the Club and 

  each 'Player' is charged in September of each season/year (when sorting out 'who' is playing in 'which' Team).

 

- Shared costs:

  Each Team needs 'Match Balls' for their Home Matches and need to Travel to Away Matches.

  It is suggested that each player 'contribute' an amount to cover these costs to the driver on the night:

 

  League Balls:                                                                                                                                           - £5.00 per annum

 

  Shared Transport:                                                                                                                                   - £4.00 or £5.00 per Away trip.

  This fee is sorted by the individual Players and the Player providing the "transport" on

  the evening of the Match.

Team Championship of Wales  

 

  THIS AS AN ADDITIONALANNUAL COMPETITION (organised by Table Tennis Wales)

 

- Table Tennis Wales - Competative Membership Fee

- Team Fee (per League playing in)

  (e.g. £50.00 to £60.00 per Team, divided by number of players - say 3)                                                      - £20.00 - £24.00

  (fees collected by Club and paid to TTW)                                                                                                                per annum

 

- Share in the transport arrangements to League Match venues (Cardiff and North Wales).

The Club has a policy of charging each League Player their appropriate Personal Membership and Team Fees,

as appropriate to those show above, before the start of the season, and passing on these fees

(as a Club) to the appropriate bodies when it enters Teams into the various Competitions.
